You bring the routine. We bring everything else

Enquiries, invoicing chases, room hire, reschedules, "can we add four more hens" — all ours. What reaches you is a date, a venue, a headcount and a figure. Working dancers fit this around auditions, shows and other schools, which is precisely the point.

Dancers ask us.

Straight answers before you spend two minutes applying.

What do you actually look for in a teacher?+

Command of a room, patience with beginners, and choreography of your own. Paper qualifications matter far less than watching you teach — a short practical decides it, and an up-to-date DBS is the one document we do care about.

How is the work offered?+

You give us your styles and your free evenings; when a Brighton booking fits, we send it over with date, venue and fee attached. Accept or decline — declining never quietly demotes you.

Employed or freelance?+

Freelance, invoiced per booking. Your diary stays yours, teaching elsewhere is fine, and there's no exclusivity or minimum. The admin, marketing and client wrangling live with us.

What does teaching a hen party involve?+

Sixty or ninety minutes with eight to thirty women in a hired city room or their hen house, teaching a themed routine you built. Loud, warm, over by early evening — the most enjoyable invoice most of our teachers send.

Where is the work concentrated?+

Brighton and Hove first, then wherever Sussex hens gather — Worthing, Lewes, Shoreham, Eastbourne, the coast. Tell us your travel ceiling and offers stay inside it.

You don't list my style. Still worth applying?+

Especially then. The theme list and the class timetable both grow in whatever direction good teachers drag them — if you can make your style beginner-proof and fun in an hour, apply.
