Hen Party Dance Class Brighton
— and weekly Dance Classes in Brighton.
For the hen do: one teacher, one hired room near the station, one routine invented for your group — £175 for ninety minutes plus the venue, however many hens turn up. No per-head maths, ever. And for everyone else: twenty styles of weekly adult dance classes from £10, plus wedding first dances across Sussex.
The class · 90 min

Date and a rough headcount hold the slot — the form takes half a minute.
Argue the theme
Thirty-eight options and one group chat. We'll referee if it's close.
We sort the room
A central space we hire, priced before you say yes — or we come to your hen house.
Dance and film it
Your teacher builds the routine on the day, around the people who showed up.
We plan the class around the people in it, not the other way round
Every instructor on our books choreographs their own material. That means no recycled mega-routine handed to every group in Sussex — a party of nine sixty-somethings and a party of twenty students get genuinely different classes, even on the same theme.
It's the same promise across the hen do dance class, the weekly timetable and the wedding lessons: the room decides the pace.

"We'd priced three companies charging per person and the sums kept creeping. One flat number here, one email chain, and a teacher who had seventeen mixed-ability women dancing to Whitney inside an hour.
Marnie+
"Booked the 90 minutes for my sister's do. The teacher asked three questions at the start and then built the whole thing around what came back. The video still does the rounds.
Ffion+
"Twenty-three of us, two left feet each. Went with a 90s theme, danced in a room five minutes from the station, carried the routine straight into the Lanes afterwards.
Dora+
"Small group, big nerves. They came to our Airbnb, moved the sofas, and by the end my future mother-in-law was front and centre demanding a second run-through.
The timetable grows one style at a time.
Pick a style, join its interest list, and the moment that class has a teacher, a room and a start date, you get the email. £10 a class when it runs, £32 for four consecutive weeks.

Do you need more information?
These are the questions Brighton hens ask us most.
Is the price really for the whole hen group?+
Yes — £175 plus the venue for the ninety-minute class, or £150 plus the venue for the hour, covers everyone. Most Brighton hen companies quote per head, which looks small until you multiply it by eighteen; ours is one figure that stops moving when your guest list doesn't.
Where in Brighton do the classes happen?+
In a room we hire in central Brighton — walkable from the station, the Lanes and the seafront — confirmed when you book. If your party's based in a house or hotel with floor space, in Brighton, Hove or anywhere in Sussex, we bring the class to you instead.
Do you supply costumes or props?+
No — anything themed is yours to bring, and plenty of groups dance the whole thing in leggings. What we bring is the teacher, the music and the speaker; what the venue brings is the floor.
Can complete non-dancers cope?+
They're the point. Every routine is invented for the group in the room by the teacher standing in front of it, pitched at whoever's most nervous. If your party can clap along to the radio, they'll leave with a finished routine on someone's phone.
How early do Brighton hen dates need booking?+
Summer Saturdays in Brighton go earliest — six to eight weeks ahead is comfortable, and short-notice dates are still worth asking about because the diary moves. Send the date first; picking the hen party idea itself can rumble on after the slot is held.
Do you run anything besides hen parties?+
Weekly adult dance classes across twenty styles — £10 to drop in once there's a class running, £32 for a four-week block — plus private wedding first-dance lessons from £75 anywhere in Sussex.
Central Brighton, or wherever the party is.
Hen classes use a room we hire in the middle of Brighton — an easy walk from the station, the Lanes and the seafront — and the exact space is confirmed with your booking. Or we load the speaker into the car and come to you.
- Brighton & Hove — hired room or your accommodation
- Sussex-wide travel: Worthing, Lewes, Eastbourne, Shoreham, Crawley
- Wedding lessons happen wherever the two of you are
Half a minute now beats a group-chat meltdown later.
Hen or wedding: send the date and a rough headcount, and availability, the room and the one flat figure come back from a person within the day. Weekly classes: name your style and you join its interest list — we email when it has a start date.
